Delivery Information

Delivery Policy

At 29 PLUS, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers across the UAE. Ensuring transparency and accuracy at every step of the purchasing and delivery process.

1. Delivery areas:

We currently deliver to all areas within the United Arab Emirates, including major cities and remote locations. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delay.

2. Delivery Methods and Processing Time:

We provide Free Delivery on orders within 1-2 working days in all areas except remote areas. For Remote Areas (see list) delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

For the same day delivery, (Remote Areas are excluded for this service), a shipment cost of AED 10 /- will be charged and added to the total cost. Orders must be placed before 12PM to qualify for the same day delivery.

Delivery delays are possible during promotions, sales, and holidays. We’re not liable for delivery failures beyond our control, including if you’re unavailable or request a delay.

Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) attempts to complete the delivery. To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate delivery information on payment checkout. Provide the correct information in the following fields:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number – This should be a valid mobile number without spaces and dashes. This number will be used to assist with scheduling delivery.
  • Street address – Enter complete street address.
  • Building name/number, floor, apartment or villa.
  • Area – Select your area from the pre-defined list.
  • Nearest Landmark – A landmark helps us in locating your address please specify a well-known place near your address like a mall, Hotel, Gas Station etc.

DO NOT enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. Shipments may sometimes arrive earlier or later than planned.

We cannot afford to change the address after your order has been shipped. However, if you do need to change your delivery address, please contact us and our customer care team will update you on whether there’s time to make the request before shipping.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will have full visibility over your shipment. At every step of the way you will receive a confirmation email and message with tracking information. You can track your delivery status through the link provided, or by logging in to your account at our website.

4. Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If you have received a damaged product or if an item is missing from your order, please check the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy page, or contact us on [email protected] or (+971 042290021) within the first 24hours after receiving your delivery.
  • If the delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. However, the funds will remain in your account as a coupon, which you can apply for your next purchase.
