Payments
At 29 PLUS, we aim to make your payment experience as convenient as possible. We accept multiple payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and online store credit. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Your shopping and payment currency will be set automatically to the UAE region.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive an initial email and SMS acknowledging receipt. For card or e-wallet payments, your order will be confirmed once payment is approved, the delivery address verified, and items are ready for shipment. At that point, we will send a second email confirming your order. If there is any issue with your payment or order, we will notify you promptly, and the payment will not be processed.
